Sunset Train

Sinopsis

Yuuyake is an animated work based on a song by Wataru Takada, which in turn is based on a poem by Hiroshi Yoshino. The story begins on a crowded train, where a girl offers her seat to an elderly man, only for another to appear. Through this mundane scenario, the film explores the nature of suffering and kindness in contemporary society.
