Paranoia Agent

Sinopsis

In Musashino City, Tokyo, a mysterious assailant known as "Shounen Bat" (or "Lil' Slugger") is terrorizing citizens. This attacker, described as a boy on rollerblades wielding a bent golden baseball bat, targets seemingly unconnected individuals. The first victim is Tsukiko Sagi, a timid character designer known for creating the popular mascot Maromi. Detectives Keiichi Ikari and Mitsuhiro Maniwa are assigned to the case, but as more people fall victim to Shounen Bat, paranoia spreads throughout the city, and the investigation proves to be more complex than initially anticipated.
