Sinopsis

In Japan, the rising demand for organ transplants has led to the emergence of underground organizations engaged in kidnapping and murder to acquire organs for sale. This illicit trade has expanded to include surgeons and has even extended to other countries like China. Amidst this dark reality, Tamaki Suzuhara, a mysterious high school student, joins an illegal organ trafficking network. Her goal is to locate a missing person who is very important to her, even as the network targets individuals deemed "morally corrupt" for organ harvesting.
