Devilman Crybaby

Sinopsis

Akira Fudo, a compassionate high school student, reunites with his childhood friend Ryo Asuka. Ryo reveals that an ancient race of demons is returning to reclaim the world from humans. Believing that humanity stands no chance against their supernatural powers, Ryo suggests that Akira merge with a demon to gain similar abilities. During a debaucherous party, demons possess attendees, and in an attempt to save Ryo, Akira merges with the demon Amon, transforming into Devilman. He now possesses the power of a demon but retains his human heart, particularly his sensitive and empathetic nature.
