Encounter

Synopsis

In 1995, the World Health Organization (WHO) established an extra-governmental body known as the Extra-Natural Activity Counter System, or Encounters. This organization is tasked with investigating phenomena that defy current scientific understanding, which they refer to as "extra-natural activities." Their mission includes researching the potential health impacts of these occurrences on humans, assessing and managing the risks of future events, and developing strategies to combat these unexplained phenomena.
