Shuto

Handlung

Shuto follows a bearded art teacher and a young boy named Sankichi as they explore a city that evokes a sense of nostalgia, yet is unlike any place seen before. The setting's time period and location are ambiguous, leaving it unclear whether it is Tokyo or a foreign country, or if it exists in the Showa era or the near future. This manga, created by a leading figure in Japanese contemporary art, challenges conventional perceptions of beauty.
