Handlung

Shido Isamu, an 18-year-old, attempts to leave his life with the Yakuza after a small act of kindness from a young girl makes him reflect on his path. However, the Yakuza members pursuing him suddenly transform into grotesque monsters. Facing imminent death, Isamu is presented with a critical choice: become a monster himself and fight, or perish. This decision plunges him into a violent struggle where the desire for "life" brings him closer to "death."
