Handlung

Joseph and Adele, a married couple living in downtown Chicago, had a child and were building a life together. Joseph was working to secure a better job, but their lives took a tragic turn when Adele mysteriously disappeared. After an unsuccessful three-day search, Joseph reported her missing to the police. There, he was confronted with the body of a woman whose face was disfigured, but who wore a familiar ring. Following this discovery, Joseph himself vanished from the city.
