Piroppo

Synopsis

Piroppo is a short anime series commissioned by Sony to promote their robotic dog, Aibo. The project was created by ISHII Katsuhito, known for directing "Trava Fist Planet" and several Grasshoppa live-action projects. Despite a limited budget, the series is noted for its originality. It was initially produced as 54 segments, each approximately 20 seconds long, though the DVD release compiles these into 23 named episodes.
