Kite Liberator

Trama

Years after the killer Sawa disappeared following the events of "Kite," a new assassin known as the Angel of Death emerges in the city. This figure eliminates targets with grace and precision, leaving only feathers behind. Unbeknownst to the public, this notorious killer is Monaka, a timid high school student who works part-time as a waitress. Monaka has lost most of her family, and her father, Orudo, is an astronaut who is frequently absent but has promised to return. Her quiet daily life transforms dramatically whenever she receives an assignment.
