DARK MACHINE THE ANIMATION

Synopsis

Dark Machine is a hugely popular global esports game that has reshaped Japan's economy. Golden Valley, the only city in Japan designated as a Dark Machine economic zone, is dominated by Ajima, the 7th "Senki" and the strongest player, who has effectively taken control of the city through the game. Kairi arrives in Golden Valley to carry out his late grandfather's dying wish to "seek out the Senki." By chance he meets Rudra, a mysterious girl pursued by one of Ajima's subordinates. Caught up in her troubles, Kairi is pulled into becoming a Dark Machine player. The anime is part of the Web3 cross-media project "DARK MACHINE," in which the game's story and its anime adaptation intertwine.
