Stressed Eric

Synopsis

Eric Feeble is a middle-class man in London constantly under extreme pressure and stress from all aspects of his life. Two years after his divorce, he lives with his two children, six-year-old Claire, who has numerous allergies, and ten-year-old Brian, who has learning difficulties and an oral fixation. Their au pair, Maria, struggles with alcoholism. Eric's former wife, Liz, frequently calls him, adding to his stress. At work, his demanding boss, Paul Power, has demoted him, and his secretary, Alison, is unhelpful. The wealthy Perfect family next door serves as a constant reminder of what Eric's life could have been.
