In the magical medieval fantasy world of Alfheimr, the succubus Princess Astarotte Ygvar, also known as Lotte, has just turned ten. As a succubus, she is required to form a male harem to replenish her magic and maintain her body and beauty by consuming a substance called Sauzfryma. However, Lotte harbors a deep hatred for men due to childhood trauma and initially refuses to establish a harem. She eventually agrees, but only if a human male is found to join it, a seemingly impossible condition since travel between Alfheimr and the human world, Midgard, has been impossible for a millennium. Naoya Touhara, a 23-year-old single father, is then brought to Alfheimr by Lotte's attendant, Judith Snorrevik, to become the first member of the princess's harem. Naoya agrees to stay on the condition that his daughter, Asuha, can join him.
