In the crime-ridden Newport City, a special Tank Police division is established to combat advanced criminal activity. Leona Ozaki, a new recruit transferred from the motorcycle division, struggles to adapt to driving tanks without causing collateral damage. After accidentally destroying her commander's tank, she builds a new, smaller tank named Bonaparte with the help of Al and the Chaplain. Together, they confront crime lord Buaku and his henchwomen, the Puma Sisters, who are attempting to steal urine from individuals immune to a planet-wide poison cloud.
