Keigo Sayama, a pessimistic student burdened with social anxiety, always wears a face mask at school to avoid attention. One day, a stumble on the stairs brings him into close contact with Tsuzuru Saikawa, the popular boy in class. Saikawa, intrigued by Sayama, rips off his mask out of curiosity. Despite Sayama's harsh reaction, Saikawa becomes fascinated with the face behind the mask and offers to tutor him under the condition that he can do as he pleases with Sayama's bare face, lips, and mouth. Sayama, who dislikes being touched there, finds himself unable to resist Saikawa's persistent attention.
