Monica Everett, known as the Silent Witch, is one of the Seven Sages and the world's only practitioner of Voiceless Magic, a chantless form of magic she pioneered. She is celebrated as a hero who single-handedly defeated the legendary Black Dragon. However, Monica is actually extremely shy and developed Voiceless Magic primarily to avoid speaking in public. Unaware of her true nature, the Seven Sages assign her a top-secret mission: to go undercover as a student at the prestigious Serendia Academy and covertly protect the Second Prince, Felix Arc Ridill, from assassination attempts.
