Sinopsis

In a future where medical advancements have led to an aging population, a drastic world policy assigns a set death age to all individuals. The Institute is established to enforce this policy, but it soon becomes a tool for the powerful. Joon-sung, living in poverty with his terminally ill mother and sister, cannot afford the medical care they need. When his sister is abducted by human traffickers, Joon-sung, filled with rage against this unjust society, changes his name to Ji-hoon and vows to join the Institute to become a feared figure.
