Eun-Seo, an assistant director at a broadcasting station, is offered a promotion to producer if she can secure an exclusive interview. Her target is Choi Kwon-Hoo, the second son of a rival family and also her brother-in-law, whose family is currently involved in a contentious divorce with hers. Eun-Seo attempts to leverage an old debt to persuade Kwon-Hoo, but he proposes a surprising counter-offer: he will grant the interview if she accepts a valuable ring, far exceeding the original debt. Accepting the ring could be seen as a betrayal to her family.
