Hiiro, a cycling enthusiast, has been riding since childhood, inspired by his professional cyclist father, Katsu. Along with his best friend and riding partner, Kisou, Hiiro admires the professional cyclist Zeus Strong, especially after watching him win the Tour de France. When Zeus Strong comes to their country to compete in the Japan Cup, Katsu also participates, promising Hiiro a victory.
