Shiba, a dog once cherished by Taketora's grandfather, returns in human form, complete with dog ears and a tail. His goal is to repay the kindness shown to him by his former master. However, Taketora's grandfather passed away two decades prior. As a result, Shiba redirects his appreciation and affection towards Taketora. Shiba is portrayed as clumsy, energetic, and eager to assist around the house, leading Taketora to find the 'puppy-boy' endearing.
