Sakumiya Minagi and his adopted older brother, Amou, belong to a family tasked with safeguarding two katanas: "Kiriyasha" and "Hagasumi." The Kiriyasha is known for its bloodlust, and only the Hagasumi can counteract its power. Following the death of Minagi's father, mysterious individuals begin to appear, some targeting Minagi and others offering protection. The situation escalates when Amou breaks the Kiriyasha's seal and murders his mother before abandoning the Sakumiya household. Minagi must now wield the Hagasumi to confront his brother and reseal the Kiriyasha.
