Brook is shocked when her younger sister, Courtney, announces her intention to marry her boyfriend, Jeff, while they are both still in high school. Determined to prevent what she sees as a reckless marriage, Brook seeks out Jeff's older stepbrother, Chase. However, Chase's dismissive attitude and an offer of a large sum of money to make the problem disappear infuriate Brook, leading to a heated confrontation.
