The Nahara and Aota families, long-time friends, share a unique living arrangement. While appearing to be next-door neighbors, their homes are secretly connected internally, a design created by their architect parents. This setup leads to a shared daily life for the children: Suzuna Nahara and her younger brother Fuki, and Touka Aota and her younger sister Tamaki. They navigate their lively cohabitation while keeping the true nature of their living situation a secret from outsiders.
