Osen

Trama

Set in modern-day downtown Tokyo, "Osen" follows Handa Sen, also known as Osen, the celebrated hostess of Isho-an, a popular restaurant in the town of Kasagi-no-yado. Osen is a versatile individual, excelling as a master chef, entertainer, potter, and art connoisseur, all while enjoying sake and presenting herself elegantly in a kimono. The manga focuses on how Osen addresses various situations and challenges that arise around Isho-an, often resolving them with a blend of the Japanese spirit of "wa" and practical logic.
