Mushi Monogatari

Özet

Thirteen years ago, Yoh's mother vanished without a trace after dropping him off at daycare, an event that continues to haunt him, especially on his birthday. Now a high school student, Yoh still struggles with the trauma. On his latest birthday, he avoids a call from his childhood friend Kanoko by claiming there are "swarms of mosquitoes" before running off. Returning to an empty home while his grandmother is away, Yoh is confronted by a figure waiting for him: his mother, who disappeared on his birthday over a decade ago.
