Miserarete

Synopsis

Kaoru, a member of the Nanbu family, and Kuzumi, a single father who had a son, Kouhei, at 17, were high school rivals. Six years later, they unexpectedly meet again as colleagues at the same company. The Nanbu clan's past actions led to the ruin of many companies, causing Kaoru's twin brother, Akira, to leave home at 15, and his best friend, Yuuma, to be forced away after his father's bankruptcy. These events convinced Kaoru that he was incapable of love. He had resigned himself to a life without affection until an incident involving Kuzumi challenges his resolve.
