Synopsis

In Demon City Shinjuku, a place inhabited by both monsters and magicians, the warlock Gento Roran awakens after a fifteen-year slumber, aiming to dominate the city. He is accompanied by the Hyota, a "small superman." A secret seal declares that "Those who control Demon City will control the world," setting the stage for a conflict between Gento and Setsura Aki. Concurrently, Doctor Mephisto, the Demon Physician, treats Mayumi, a patient whose sexual partners mysteriously die shortly after intimacy. This series of deaths initially appears coincidental, but soon proves otherwise.
