In the vibrant, nocturnal world of Hong Kong's Yakuza, two powerful factions, the Cheemun and the Wen Li, are locked in a struggle for territorial dominance. Fei, a young leader known for his skill and popularity, controls the reigning San Fei Fuu within the Cheemun. To challenge Fei's authority and expand their territory, the newcomer Wen Li enlist Mei, a strategist from America. Despite his cold demeanor and intellect, Mei develops a peculiar attachment to Fei, adding a complex layer to the ongoing conflict.
