Asia Automobile Co., Ltd. faces a crisis, losing market share and facing potential absorption by rival Okada Jiko. During a tumultuous board meeting, the eldest son of the founding family, who advocates for the merger, is ousted. The board instead rallies behind the second son, Kosuke, a regular employee.
