Sinopse

Princess Fushihime of the Satomi clan is cursed by Tamazusa, a vengeful spirit. As a result, she becomes the bride of a dog, Hachibo, and conceives a child through his spirit. Overwhelmed by shame, Fushihime takes her own life. However, her inherent goodness manifests as eight beads, each representing a virtue: benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, loyalty, faith, filial piety, and love. These beads are scattered across the land.
