Humanity faces extinction due to the arrival of the "Enemies," giant, indestructible monsters. A lone boy once halted their advance with his "moonfall strategy" but vanished afterward. Three years later, a boy named Kyle Kamishiro emerges on the outskirts of a city. When monsters attack again, Kyle displays the ability to manipulate probability.
