简介

Following Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping's pledge to eliminate criminal organizations in Hong Kong, many of these groups relocated to Japan. Kamon Shou, a delinquent, is released from Youth Detention after a two-year sentence. He soon experiences the direct impact of the Hong Kong mob's presence in Japan.
