In M-City within the Tokyo metropolitan area, an "alien portal" known as "The Space" suddenly appears. This area, now occupied by aliens, is rumored to house a "wish machine" capable of granting any desire. Ao Akashiro, a girl in a sailor-suit school uniform, frequently infiltrates "The Space" in search of this relic. During her excursions, she encounters a black cat with telepathic abilities.
