Yamakagashi

Trama

Titled after a venomous snake, this animated work depicts the interactions between military personnel and sex workers in the vicinity of Naval Air Facility Atsugi in Kanagawa Prefecture. The narrative unfolds from a child's point of view, reflecting a documentary-like perspective on Japanese society during the creator Aihara's childhood.
