OCTOPOLIS is an anime depicting a civilization built by octopuses. Its inhabitants reside on donuts and sleep within chikuwas, which are fishcake tubes. These octopuses view themselves as donut holes and are driven by a profound desire to fill this perceived void, aspiring to become suckers as a symbol of completeness and wholeness.
