Hybrid Deka is a spin-off movie from Himitsukessha Taka no Tsume, created to promote Toyota's line of hybrid cars. In this film, the Chancellor takes a break from Eagle Talon. He becomes a struggling section chief in the Metropolitan Police Department's Hybrid Division, a new department formed by the consolidation of several ministries due to financial reasons.
