Hello! Spank

Trama

Aiko Morimura, a junior high school student, moves to a seaside town to live with her uncle after her mother, a hat designer, leaves for Paris. Her father disappeared at sea ten years prior. Shortly after her arrival, Aiko's pet dog, Papi, dies in a car accident. Around the same time, a large white dog named Spank, whose owner also disappeared at sea, appears. Despite Aiko's initial reluctance, Spank's presence helps to brighten her life and bring a smile back to her face, as they embark on various adventures together.
